APPLICATION:
Flat elevator steel wire rope is a specialized steel wire rope used in elevator systems to carry and transmit power or signals. It is usually designed with a flat structure, combining the load-bearing capacity of the steel wire rope with the flexibility of the flat structure, and is suitable for scenarios such as elevator accompanying cables.
CONSTRUCTION:
Conductors: Flexible plain copper wire / flexible tinned copper wire.
Insulation: Rubber / EPR rubber.
Metal screened layer: Tinned copper wire braiding shield
SHEATH: Synthetic Rubber / neoprene rubber.
MINIMUM BENDING RADIUS: Upto 25mm2 6D
MAXIMUM CONDUCTOR TEMPERATURE: 60° C.
