Product Description
Overhead Line Power Transmission Bare All Aluminum Alloy Conductor AAAC
Application:Aluminum alloy bare conductor is used as bare overhead conductor for primary and secondary distribution. Designed utilizing a high strength aluminum alloy to achieve a high strength-to-weight ratio; affords better sag characteristic. Aluminum alloy have higher resistance to corrosion than ACSR and AAC. It can be used in coastal regions owing to its high degree of corrosion resistance and is also used extensively within the Railway and Metro industries.
Applicable standards:
Aluminum alloy conductor (AAAC) are produced according to ASTM B-399, BS EN-50182, AS/NZS 1531, DIN 48201, CSA 61089, IEC 61089, GB/T 1179, BS 3242, NFC 34-125 or the standards agreed by both of the customers and us.
Advantages
AAAC products have many advantages for use, like low resistance, large carrying capacity, corrosion resistance, easy installation, and so on.
Production Scope:
According to our produce machines, AAC products could up to cross-section 5000 MCM or 2500 mm2,Max. Strand numbers are 127.
Construction:
Aluminum alloy wires, concentrically stranded.
